Privacy & moderation
When you submit feedback, we collect the name or nickname, category, message, and optional email address you provide. We also process a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address to limit spam; the original IP address is not stored in the feedback database. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification data to protect the form. Your email address is never displayed publicly. Approved feedback, including the name or nickname you provide, may appear publicly along with any moderator reply. Unpublished submissions are retained for moderation and may be deleted by the administrator. Published feedback is retained until removed by the administrator. Do not include confidential or sensitive information. This is a test environment; do not submit real personal information.
